Thank you, my wife made is half way down the drive this morning and it sounds like this could be the problem. I have the part coming in this evening, hoping it works, otherwise the next culprit will be the fuel pump, which is inside the tank.

Going to try this tomorrow. I have a 04 f150, ran fine getting to work, went to leave and it would crank immediately but sputter out and die. After about 5 to 10 tried it would "clear out" and run fine. Does it hot, cold doesnt matter. If it sits for more than a few min it starts acting up again. I have cleaned the throttle body and replaced the fuel filter so far. Fingers crossed! Edit, the only thing that happened while the truck was sitting at work was I loaded some firewood in the bed, not being gentle, hoping maybe that knocked some goodies loose in the module.

Got lucky with this issue today and it was same codes but checked the fuse and it was done for. Replaced it and back in action but will keep an eye on this as well and be prepared to switch it out if needed. Thank you!

EDIT for comment below: I run E85 all the time except at regularly scheduled oil changes. As per Ford's instruction book, I run a single tank of pure gas through it with each oil change. I made the switch from E85 to pure gas a few minutes ago. The truck normally stumbles a bit when changing fuels. This time it died three times and threw codes P0627:00-AE and P0627-C, then ran fine. I cleared those codes, restarted it, and all is well. Throttle response is normal for pure gas (read: a bit sluggish compared to E85). I think abruptly switching fuels can cause random issues. According to Ford, oil changes are the only time you should switch. Next time I'll mix a bit of alcohol in at the pump.

Had this code show up on a routine oil change. Instructions are to run a tank of pure gas through it at every oil change. It's that time, so I went from E85 to pure gas. Truck died three times at the pump, then threw this code and is running fine. Gonna clear it and see if it stays gone, I think it had something to do with switching fuels.

This just happened to me at Walmart. I swapped out the fuel pump relay with another one and it started right up and got me home. But I'm gonna go ahead and replace this part. Thank you! I do have P00C6 code.

Came across this video, and thankfully I was half a mile down the road from an autozone, and was able to get this part and change it out. It worked!

have the same truck you have. Same color same everything. I replaced low oil pressure switch, not it!. Change battery not it!. I scanned for codes and I got the same 3 codes you got. So I went to the ford dealer and bought the fuel pump relay and guess what it WORKED 💪 . Thank you so much for the info.

Hey I just wanted to say thank you and replacing the fuel pump driver module with a new one fix my problems same as all the others here same symptoms. Also i wanted to say that i have a 2014 ford f-150 platinum 4 wheel drive. and i just wanted to say that his video is very correct but i would like to also add that you should get a can of canned air to blow off the fuel pump driver module by where you release it to remove it because mine was hard to get off because there was a lot of dust,dirt by the tab you press down on to take it off but once i blew it out with the air. It came off really easy. Anyways thank you for a very good video
